Cycle Savvy provides general bicycle servicing and repairs subject to inspection of the bicycle and its components. Any scope, timing, and final price depend on the condition found during inspection, and additional work will only be carried out with approval where required.
Quoted labour charges may be based on a fixed package after initial inspection, while replacement parts are quoted separately. Payment methods accepted at collection may include card, bank transfer, or cash, subject to confirmation at the time of service.
Service information, estimates, and turnaround guidance are provided in good faith but are not guarantees. Parts availability, compatibility, and completion timing may change after inspection or due to supplier conditions, and no same-day repair is promised unless confirmed for the specific booking.
Two active internal clauses are listed below with direct reference access for policy review.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cycle Savvy is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, and no service can guarantee that a bicycle will be completely safe, failure-proof, or suitable for every road condition. Riders remain responsible for regular use checks and safe operation.
